Commenting on the Partnership of JDM Allstars and Road Respect Brand
Northumbria Safer Roads Initiative Director Jeremy Forsberg

"Road Respect is looking to take part in the JDM Allstars Drift Event in
Newcastle on 5 April 2009. Motoring should be fun and can be exciting, but
there is a time and a place and the guys out on the track are complete
professionals and incredibly skilled. It's a great opportunity for our
campaign to engage with many people interested in motoring and what better
way than with one of the most energetic and exciting motorsports around.
All the guys at JDM have been incredibly supportive of Road Respect and it's
aims, so we are more than happy to take part and work with JDM. We hope
people learn a lot about driving skills, car control and to show that you
can be legal and safe and still have fun at the same time.
"

We hope people in the NorthEast come along, enjoy a great day out and stop
by and have a chat with the campaign.

Managing Director Of JDM Allstars Niall Gunn commented on this partnership

"This is going to be a great partnership , and really shows that the power
of the JDM Allstars brand can now get the point across to younger adults
who are in this core demograph who are a danger on these roads.
And encourage safer driving on the roads. Our proffesional drivers only drive under controlled track conditions and are the perfect advert for young drivers."
